Upon leaving a message, I truly didn’t expect to receive any communication that day. So, I was truly surprised when Karen informed me she would follow up after her meeting. (She even informed me of the near end of the meeting so I could expect her call.)
During our dialogue, Karen thoroughly explained her process and that she would communicate periodically as needed to complete my documents. She amazingly had all four years completed and ready for my review and signature before scheduled! Everything was perfectly in order and in the queue for submission on the initial date of the IRS acceptance.
